The historic 124th National Black Business Conference, which took place from August 21-25, 2025, in Atlanta, Georgia, presented a significant opportunity for the African Renaissance and Diaspora Networks (ARDN) to unveil its initiatives aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) across over 80 countries in Africa and the Diaspora.
This conference brought together a diverse group of over 2000 prominent entrepreneurs, professionals, corporate partners, political dignitaries, and business leaders from around the world, including delegates from 40 African and Diaspora countries.
As a distinguished guest speaker, I presented a keynote address on broadening business horizons across the Pan-African Diaspora and engaged in two panel discussions.
ARDN’s work is centered on the Campaign to eliminate discrimination and violence against women and girls, complemented by four strategic priorities: youth entrepreneurship training, sister-city collaborations, institutional partnerships, and a communication strategy highlighting economic and social achievements.
The conference organizers expressed support for the convening of the 7th Annual Africa Open For Business Summit on September 26 during the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
